The one rule that I want to change about the college is calling seniors sir and ma'am.
It should be the right of the individual that what he or she wants to call either bhaiya didi or sir ma'am.
You should not force them to call you sir or ma'am. And yes, if you want to be called as sir or ma'am then atleast do something that your junior chose...
