Use Flitting and you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the app—no hard feelings.
2. What Flitting Provides
Flitting lets you:
- Share stories that disappear on your timeline.
- Control who can view each flit.
- Chat anonymously until it feels right to reveal yourself.
- Enjoy social that prioritises vibes over permanence.
3. Your Account
Keeping the community safe means you must:
- Be 13 or older.
- Sign up with accurate details.
- Protect your login credentials.
- Report suspicious activity quickly.
4. Acceptable Use
Flitting does not tolerate objectionable, explicit, or abusive content. Users who post such content may be permanently banned. Don't use Flitting to:
- Harass, threaten or exploit others.
- Spread illegal content or misinformation.
- Spam, scam or game the system.
- Break anonymity safeguards like timers and screenshots.
4a. Child Safety Standards Policy
Flitting has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting minors and strictly prohibit the uploading, sharing, or solicitation of content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
Any user found using Flitting to engage in CSAE activities will be permanently banned immediately, and we will report such activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Ephemeral Content
- Your content auto-expires based on the lifetime you set.
- Expired content is not recoverable.
- We may remove content sooner if it violates policy.
- We can retain copies when required for legal or safety reasons.

Check the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown. Using Flitting means you accept how we collect, process and safeguard data.
7. Intellectual Property
You keep ownership of your flits. We get a limited license to display and moderate them. The app design, brand and tech are Flitting's.
8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Flitting may offer in-app purchases and subscription services through third-party payment processors:
- Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment is handled by these platforms, not directly by Flitting.
- Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
- Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
- Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. Flitting does not process refunds directly. Refund eligibility is determined by the platform's terms.
- Non-Transferable: In-app purchases and subscriptions are tied to your account and device. They cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded except as required by applicable law.
- Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violations, you will lose access to purchased content and subscriptions without refund.
- Premium Features: Premium features may change or be discontinued with notice. We'll do our best to maintain value for existing subscribers.
- Free Trials: If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. You'll be charged the full subscription price at the end of the trial period.
9. Prohibited Content
- Anything illegal, hateful or exploitative.
- Non-consensual or explicit imagery.
- Malware or malicious code.
- Anything that infringes on intellectual property.
10. Moderation
- We use automation and human review to protect the community.
- We can remove content or accounts that break the rules.
- We'll escalate dangerous behaviour to authorities when required.
11. Service Availability
We work to keep Flitting up and smooth, but downtime, bugs or incompatibilities may happen.
12. Limitation of Liability
Flitting isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost content or missed opportunities. This includes issues related to in-app purchases, payment processing, or subscription services provided by third parties. Use the app responsibly.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You can delete your account anytime and we'll remove your remaining data per policy. Note that termination may result in loss of access to purchased content and subscriptions without refund, except as required by applicable law.
14. Updates
We'll notify you of significant changes, including changes to pricing or subscription terms. Continuing to use Flitting or maintaining an active subscription means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms follow Indian state law and disputes will be resolved in Indian courts. For refund or payment disputes, you may also have rights under the terms of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.
